Pirate Party Areas 1, 2, and 3 are located adjacent to the children’s spray pad and are recommended for groups primarily consisting of younger children. Pirate Party Areas 4, 5, and 6 are situated near a lazy river entrance and lie along the pathways leading to the slide towers, offering convenient access to these attractions.
• Picnic tables with table covers (accommodates 15-20 people).

• All-day 20’ x 10' private shaded area located at the rear of our facility, behind the central water slide Tower 1. It is positioned away from primary foot traffic to provide a more relaxed setting, while still offering convenient access to the lazy river entrance, Tower 1 slides, and a short walking distance to Tower 2 slides.
• Picnic tables with table covers (accommodates 15-20 people).
• 15 general admission day passes to Buccaneer Bay.

• All-day 20’ x 10' private shaded areas located in the center of our facility. You will have close access to everything while having your own private area. We recommend this area for large parties.

Additional Rental Information
• At the time of booking, 100% of total amount of your party reservation will be due.
• Cancellations and Refunds -Reservation cancellations submitted 14 days or more prior to the applicants scheduled event will receive a 100% refund. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to the applicants scheduled event will receive a 50% refund.
• You may bring in a sheet or single tiered cake or cupcakes for your party. Ice cream and ice cream cakes are not allowed. Splash! will not store cakes or provide utensils. Sharp knives are not permitted, please bring a plastic knife or cake cutter.
• Decorations are allowed in your party area only. Your reserved tables will include table covers. Extra tables and chairs will not be permitted. You may bring your own themed table covers and decorations including balloons and banners. Piñatas, loose décor, walls or arches and goodie bags are not allowed into the facility. Duct tape is not allowed to hang decorations, please use a non residue leaving tape. All decorations must be removed and taken with you at the end of rental time.
• Your rental comes with preset food items, no additional food can be added to your rental. Additional food items are available for purchase at Captain Jack’s Grille, located inside Splash!.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Buccaneer Bay unless required due to a patron’s special dietary needs that constitute a disability under disability laws. Sealed bottled water in an open container (no coolers) will be permitted. Baby food will be permitted in non-glass containers only.
